It was a pleasure to be invited to the July 2022 Salesforce Global Partners Tech Summit. It had been two years since our last in-person meeting, so it was nice to be back at the 7th annual Global Partners Tech Summit and meet everyone face to face.

Salesforce had gathered more than 200 senior Executives from their Global Technology Centers (GTCs) across India, the event this year was expected to be bigger and better than before, and we were honoured to be there. The event’s fantastic speaker line-up, which included Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairperson & CEO, Salesforce India, Trailhead Academy, MuleSoft, and Tableau, as well as Salesforce Executives from the Sales and Industry verticals, was the most anticipated aspect. A special guest speaker from the Isha Foundation also spoke at the event to discuss their sustainability initiatives and how each of us can do our part to save the environment.

A couple things to work on from the session from our point of view were drawn from the opening Keynote by Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairperson & CEO, Salesforce India and Ecosystem Opportunities shared by Charles Woodall, SVP, APAC Alliances & Channels.

Needless to say, the India Business Opportunity that we always wait to hear was shared by Arun Kumar Parmeswaran, SVP & Managing Director, Sales and Distribution following with the Leadership Fireside Chat on Platform Value Realization – Lifecycle Approach – Amarendra Kumar, VP, Alliances & Channels, India, Deepak Pargaonkar, VP, Solution Engineering, B S Nagarajan, VP, Customer Success was a one we could have not missed.

The most awaited and interesting sessions are always on Innovation in Salesforce Industries and Vaijayanth M K, VP, Product Management shared a brief to this, and we are excited to see and hear more. The add on to the whole plate was the MuleSoft Customer Success in the New Economy share by Dan McAllister, SVP, Global Alliances & Channels, MuleSoft Tableau, Customer 360 & Data and Pankaj Gauba, Senior Director, Tableau Alliances, India & SEA.

The interesting session on Women in Tech #BreakTheBias which has the Partner Panellists
Kept the moment is pace before the Closing Remarks shared by Raghuram Sripada, Managing Director, GTC Programs, Nitin Dang, Director, GTC Programs

None can compare to the generosity Salesforce extends to its clients and partners, and we have seen first-hand of how they truly embody the phrase “Atithi Devo Bhava”. In the past six years, our excitement has never subsided, and now that the upcoming quarter has started off so well, we couldn’t be more eager to collaborate and advance as a team.
