Implementation of lead to order process andalso migration from existing CRM systems to Salesforce. The client required a new CRM to fit their growing business needs With unsuccessful CRM experiences in the past, the client was custom CRM left with multiple legacy systems which were expensive to maintain and left them reliant on several third-party IT vendors.
